Give — to Yourself, and Your Community

Creativity. Mindfulness.
Real-Life Tools.

Learn skills to help your girls grow, learn, and lead. Girls and guardians will be guided as they create art and reflections that help them process emotions and build real-life coping strategies — leaving with a warm experience and plenty of tools to carry with them.

Art Journaling

Girls will create their own gratitude art journal pages, learning how creativity becomes a daily practice for mental clarity and self-expression.

Mindfulness Tools

Guided exercises help young athletes explore real-life coping strategies they can reach for long after the workshop ends.

Community Impact

Proceeds go directly toward the Spring 2026 All Girls Ball scholarship fund, keeping the court open to every girl who wants to play.
